We are a dedicated Gluten Free Bakery as well as Casein (Dairy) Free, and Soy Free (GFCFSF). Located just outside of Rochester, New York in Fairport, we provide healthy and delicious baked goods. We cater to the often over-looked segment of the population affected by food allergies and specialized diets.
Our customers are people with celiac disease and food allergies, children with autism and related disorders, and people who are simply looking for healthy alternatives.
